I'm sure Tony Tucker and Pat Tate would be cock of the walk if they knew how many films and books had been made out of them!!

Amazing really but there must be a market to keep on selling it.

brunno thanks I know I will get around to watching those you mention sooner or later out of curiosity, nostalgia. Loved the 70s and it can be a bit depressing looking back sometimes when you see how things are so different. Getting old I suppose it's called :-)

They're not bad j riddle, I watched cass once thinking it would be shit and it was pretty decent. Rise of the foot soldier likewise as it documents an interesting period in history/culture

That's a better verdict than just saying it's shit. I doubt they were expecting any oscar nominations, when i watched it it was pretty much what i expected.

It was pretty crap IMO, story may have been loosely along the lines of what happened but i dont think it was done that well, the Tony Tucker character for example was well over the top and not very well acted.

Didnt even know there was a part 2, so cant comment on that but would guess it was a bit shit?

jfk - Funny enough I was reading about that murder not that long ago, it was beyond shocking. He was only murdered because he didn't think he had to run as he didn't do anything wrong. Sentences for knife crime were increased on the back of that murder.

What does that have to do with the Adams's or Tate though?

Won't rush to find it but I like films like this as I find them very watchable.

Was reading 2 out the 3 Adams' brothers are currently doing a stretch, the other one recently did a stretch. Occupational hazard I suppose.
